对慢性乙型肝炎患者诊断中的生化指标及血常规检验的价值分析

Analysis of Biochemical Indicators and Blood Routine test Value in the Diagnosis of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的分析慢性乙型肝炎患者诊断中的生化指标及血常规检验的价值。方法选取山东省潍坊市皮肤病防治所2017年4月到2019年4月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者46例作为观察组,同期选择46例健康体检者作为对照组,两组均进行常规生化指标、生化新指标及血常规指标检测,对检查结果进行对比分析。结果观察组血常规指标中,白细胞、血小板计数、粒细胞低于明显对照组,淋巴细胞水平明显高于对照组。观察组白蛋白与球蛋白比值、白蛋白对比正常数值明显低与对照组,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素明显高于对照组。观察组前清蛋白、转铁蛋白明显低于对照组,亮氨酸氨基肽酶、总胆汁酸、5’-核苷酸酶、总胆汁酸明显高于对照组。组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者运用生化指标和血常规的检验,可明显检测出其肝功能的异常,对于临床的诊断与治疗均具有重要的价值。

Objective To analyze the value of biochemical indexes and blood routine examination in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B from April 2017 to April 2019 in Weifang Municipal Government Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the observation group,and 46 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The routine biochemical indexes,new biochemical indexes and blood routine indexes were detected in both groups,and the examination results were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,the white blood cell,platelet count,granulocyte were lower than those in the control group,and the level of lymphocyte was higher than that in the control group.The ratio of albumin to globulin and the normal value of albumin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin were significantly higher than those in the control group.Prealbumin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and leucine aminopeptidase,total bile acid,5'-nucleotidase and total bile acid were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B can be detected by biochemical index and blood routine test,which is of great value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
