儿童手足口病合并呼吸道感染住院时间与血常规的相关性研究

摘要 目的分析儿童手足口病合并呼吸道感染的住院时间与血常规的相关性。方法选取博罗县人民医院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的44例手足口病合并呼吸道感染患儿,按照住院时间的不同分为四组,分别为<6 d组(n=17)、6 d组(n=12)、7 d组(n=11)、>7 d组(n=4),采用方差分析对四组患儿常规治疗下不同时间的血常规变化进行对比。结果四组患儿嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、单核细胞计数、淋巴细胞数、中性细胞数、嗜碱性粒细胞比例、嗜酸性粒细胞比例、单核细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例、中性细胞比例、血小板计数、红细胞计数及白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在单核细胞转正常率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数、中性细胞比例方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论现阶段医院应用的不同常规治疗时间与手足口病合并呼吸道感染患儿的血常规水平并无显著相关性,且血常规检测对于患儿是否适合出院判断的价值较小,因此,住院时间不应该依赖血常规检测进行判断。 Objective To analyze the correlation between hospitalization time and blood routine examination in children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with respiratory tract infection.Methods Choose between January 2017 and December 2019,Boluo County People's Hospital of 44 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease complicated by respiratory tract infection,divided into four groups according to the length of hospital stay,respectively<6 d group(n=17),6 d group(n=12),7 d group(n=11),>7 d group(n=4),using analysis of variance on four groups with different routine blood changes compared to conventional treatment time.Results Four groups of children at basophils,eosinophils,monocytes,lymphocytes,neutrophils,basophils,eosinophils,monocytes,lymphocytes,neutrophils,platelets,red blood cells and white blood cells were not significantly different in different hospital stay(P>0.05);In terms of monocyte to normal rate,the difference was statistically significant in different hospitalization time(P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in white blood cell count,red blood cell count,platelet count,and proportion of neutrophils in different time groups(P>0.05).Conclusion At present,there was no significant correlation between different routine treatment time in hospital and blood routine level of children with HFMD complicated with respiratory tract infection,and the value of routine blood test for children is small,and the length of hospital stay should not rely on blood routine test for judgment.
