摘要
目的分析变应性鼻炎与气穿花粉及气象条件的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月思茅区人民医院就诊的23241例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,收集其涉及的气传花粉、气象条件资料,分析变应性鼻炎与气传花粉、气象条件之间的相关性。结果变应性鼻炎患者鼻部临床表现以打喷嚏、鼻痒、流涕发生率最高,眼部临床表现以眼痒发生率最高,其他临床表现以乏力、嗜睡发生率最高,合并疾病以结膜炎、荨麻疹及高血压发生率最高;2017年度、2018年度、2019年度春季变应性鼻炎患者数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2018年、2019年夏季、秋季、冬季变应性鼻炎患者占比均显著高于2017年夏、秋、冬季,且两两年度之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2017年度、2018年度、2019年度不同季节的日均漂浮花粉浓度最高值、平均降水量、平均风速、平均气温水平,两两年度比较,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎患病情况受气传花粉浓度、气象条件变化的影响,而且气传花粉浓度与气象条件间也存在一定的关联。
Objective To analyze the correlation between allergic rhinitis and air-piercing pollen,meteorological conditions.Methods A total of 23241 patients with allergic rhinitis in Simao District People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 and the data of gas-borne pollen and meteorological conditions were collected,analyze the correlation between allergic rhinitis and air-piercing pollen,meteorological conditions.Results The incidence of sneezing,itching and runny nose was the highest in patients with allergic rhinitis.The incidence of eye itching was the highest in ocular clinical manifestations.The incidence of fatigue and drowsiness was the highest in other clinical manifestations.The incidence of conjunctivitis,urticaria and hypertension was the highest in patients with allergic rhinitis.There was no statistical difference in the data of patients with allergic rhinitis in spring of 2017,2018 and 2019 Significance(P>0.05);The proportion of patients with allergic rhinitis in summer,autumn and winter of 2018 and 2019 was significantly higher than that in summer,autumn and winter of 2017,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the highest daily average floating pollen concentration,average precipitation,average wind speed and average temperature level in different seasons in 2017,2018 and 2019 showed poor data The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of allergic rhinitis is affected by the changes of the concentration of airborne pollen and meteorological conditions,and there is a certain correlation between the concentration of airborne pollen and meteorological conditions.
