血清β-hCG、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在先兆流产早期诊断与保守治疗中的价值

Value of Combined Detection of Serum β-hCG,Estradiol and Progesteronein Early Diagnosis and Conservative Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的观察先兆流产孕妇中血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)+雌二醇+孕酮检测在早期诊断和保守治疗中的价值。方法选取2019年6月至2020年2月在四川省绵阳市中医医院治疗的50例先兆流产孕妇作为甲组;并选同期50例健康早期孕妇设为乙组。两组孕妇均进行血清β-hCG+雌二醇+孕酮检测,对两组的指标水平进行比较。给予甲组保守治疗,根据孕妇的妊娠结局分成继续妊娠组(37例)、妊娠失败组(13例),对甲组两个亚组的指标水平进行比较。结果治疗前,甲组血清β-hCG水平、雌二醇水平、孕酮水平均小于乙组(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后、7 d后,妊娠失败组血清β-hCG水平、雌二醇水平、孕酮水平均低于继续妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论在先兆流产孕妇中,实施血清β-hCG+雌二醇+孕酮检测可提高早期诊断价值,改善妊娠结局、保守治疗效果的评价。

Objective TTo observe the value of serumβ-hCG(serum human chorionic gonadotropin)+estradiol+progesterone in patients with threatened abortion in early diagnosis and conservative treatment.Methods A study was conducted on 50 patients with threatened abortion treated from June 2019 to February 2020 in Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and set them as group A;and 50 healthy early pregnant women in the same period were selected as group B.Both groups of pregnant women were tested for serumβ-hCG+estradiol+progesterone,and the index levels of the two groups were compared.Conservative treatment was given to group A.According to the pregnancy outcome of the patients,they were divided into continued pregnancy group(37 cases)and pregnancy failure group(13 cases),and the index levels of the two subgroups of group A were compared.Results Before treatment,the serum levels ofβ-hCG,estradiol and progesterone in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).After 3 days,7 days of treatment,the serum levels ofβ-hCG,estradiol and progesterone in the pregnancy failure group were lower than those in the continued pregnancy group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with threatened abortion,the implementation of serumβ-hCG+estradiol+progesterone detection can improve the value of early diagnosis,and can help evaluate the outcome of pregnancy and the effect of conservative treatment.
