BiFeO3/H2O2类芬顿体系去除猪场沼液中3种磺胺类抗生素 被引量:1

Removal of three types of sulfonamide antibiotics in pig biogas slurry by a BiFeO3/H2O2 Fenton-like system

摘要 沼气工程会产生大量的沼液,其养分浓度低、体积巨大,且含有抗生素等污染物,是沼液无害化处理和资源化利用中需要解决的难题。本研究利用BiFeO3/H2O2类芬顿体系去除猪场沼液中3种磺胺类抗生素,通过设置单因素条件考察了沼液初始pH值、H2O2浓度、催化剂BiFeO3的添加量对沼液中抗生素去除的影响。结果表明:磺胺类抗生素去除的最佳反应条件为初始pH=5、H2O2浓度为0.8 mol·L-1、催化剂添加量为0.8 g·L-1,在此条件下,磺胺甲恶唑、磺胺甲基嘧啶、磺胺嘧啶去除率分别为97.93%、89.67%、86.42%,平均去除率为91.34%;沼液中总氮、总磷、总钾的保留率分别为94.7%、96.2%、95.1%。BiFeO3经过4次重复使用,其类芬顿体系对沼液中3种磺胺类抗生素的平均去除率基本不变,说明其稳定性好、可重复利用。研究表明,BiFeO3/H2O2类芬顿体系去除猪场沼液中抗生素具有良好的效果,为沼液无害化处理提供了一种可能方案。 Biogas projects generate a large amount of biogas slurry.Biogas slurry has a low nutrient concentration but a large volume,and also contains antibiotics and other pollutants.These issues are obstacles that need to be overcome for the environmentally friendly treatment and resource utilization of biogas slurry.In this research,a BiFeO3/H2 O2 Fenton-like system was employed to remove three types of sulfonamides in pig farm biogas slurry.The effect of single-factor conditions,including the initial pH value of the biogas slurry,the H2 O2 concentration,and the dosage of the catalyst BiFeO3,on the removal of antibiotics was investigated.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for the removal of sulfonamide antibiotics were an initial pH value of 5,H2 O2 concentration of 0.8 mol·L-1,and catalyst dosage of 0.8 g·L-1.Under these conditions,the removal rates of sulfamethoxazole,sulfamerazine,and sulfadiazine were 97.93%,89.67%,and 86.42%,respectively,with an average removal rate of 91.34%.Simultaneously,the retention rates of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium were 94.7%,96.2%,and 95.1%,respectively.After four repetitions,the average removal rates of the three types of sulfonamides in the biogas slurry kept almost constant,indicating that BiFeO3 is stable and recyclable.It was proved that a BiFeO3/H2 O2 Fenton-like system can efficiently remove antibiotics from pig farm biogas slurry,which provides a possible approach for its application in environmentally friendly treatment of biogas slurry.
