基于中医理法方药体系构建中药学教学模式的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Teaching Mode of Chinese Materia Medica Based on Principle-Method-Recipe-Medicines System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中药学内容庞杂、知识点多,所含中药数量较多,学生常把中药知识看成一个个孤立的个体,生吞活剥,死记硬背,很难理解中药性味归经和临床应用,导致知识记忆难,遗忘快,更难建立辨证选药的思维和拥有遣药组方的能力。鉴此,本文打破传统的中药学教学方式,坚持中医“理法方药”一体的原则,将中药学内容上联系“理法”,下联系“方证”构建中药学的教学模式,使中药学知识更加丰富和立体化。

Chinese materia medica has a lot of contents and knowledge points.It contains a large number of traditional Chinese medicine.Students often regard the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine as an isolated individual.They devour it alive and memorize it by rote.It is difficult to understand the meridian tropism and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,which leads to the difficulty of knowledge memory and fast forgetting.It is more difficult to establish the thinking of dialectical medicine selection and the ability of prescription.In view of this,this paper breaks the traditional teaching method of Chinese medicine,adheres to the principle of integration of“principle-method-recipe-medicines”of traditional Chinese medicine,links the content of Chinese medicine with“principles”and“prescriptions and syndromes”to build the teaching mode of Chinese medicine,so as to enrich and stereoscopic the knowledge of Chinese medicine.
