中国传统哲学对中医医德教育的影响

The Influence and Effect of Chinese Traditional Philosophy on Medical Ethics Education of Traditonal Chinese Medicine

中医医德文化的形成与发展深受中国传统哲学中的儒家和道家思想的影响和渗透。医儒相通,中医学和儒家的仁学思想息息相关,而道家的“谦下、不争”“贵身”“少私寡欲”等观念对于中医重视生命、淡泊名利、尊重同行等医德思想的产生也起着积极的作用。在当前的新形势下,在中医课程思政教育中贯穿以中国传统哲学为根基的医德教育,整合、充实和挖掘这些资源,才能充分发挥教书育人的双重作用。

Confucianism and Taoism in Chinese traditional philosophy have had an important influence on the formation and development of TCM medical ethics culture.TCM and Confucian benevolence thoughts are closely related.The Taoist concepts such as“humble,indisputable”,“emphasis on one’s body”,“less private desire”also play an active role in the emergence of medical ethics such as TCM’s emphasis on life,indifference to fame and fortune,and respect for peers.Under the current situation,the integration,enrichment and exploitation of these resources through the medical ethics education based on Chinese traditional philosophy in the ideological and political education based on curriculum can fully play the dual role of teaching and educating people.
