刘海燕主任中医师应用当归六黄汤治疗汗证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Director Liu Haiyan in the Treatment of Sweating Disease with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction

目的探讨当归六黄汤加减方治疗汗证的临床疗效。方法回顾收集刘海燕主任中医师471例门诊汗证(自汗、盗汗、自盗汗)辨证以阴虚火旺证为主的患者的临床资料,运用SAS 9.4.1建立和管理数据库,并进行统计分析。结果471例患者经过当归六黄汤加减治疗后总有效率为93.21%,治疗后汗症评分平均降低3.47分,经配对t检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。起效时间最短1 d,平均9.28 d。自汗、盗汗、自盗汗疗效组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论当归六黄汤加减治疗汗证阴虚火旺证疗效确切,辨证是关键,不仅限于阴虚盗汗之证。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Liuhuang decoction in the treatment of sweating disease.Methods The clinical data of 471 cases of sweating disease(spontaneous sweat,night sweat,spontaneous night sweat)mainly characterized by yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome in outpatient department of Liu Haiyan,the traditional Chinese medicine director,were retrospectively collected.SAS9.4.1 was used to establish and manage the database,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The total effective rate of 471 patients after Danggui Liuhuang decoction was 93.21%,and the average score of hyperrosis decreased by 3.47 points after treatment,and there had significant difference in paired t test(P<0.001).The shortest onset time was 1 day,with an average of 9.28 days.There was no significant difference among the three groups(spontaneous sweat,night sweat,spontaneous night sweat).Conclusion Danggui Liuhuang decoction is effective in the treatment of yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome,syndrome differentiation is the key,not limited to yin deficiency and night sweat syndrome.
