血府逐瘀汤治疗激素引起顽固性呃逆临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccup Caused by Hormone

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗激素引起顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法选择60例应用地塞米松后引起顽固性呃逆患者,随机分Xw组(血府逐瘀汤加减)、Zw组(常规药物)各30例,观察Xw组、Zw组临床疗效,治疗后1周的治愈率、2周复发率及伴随症状评分。结果用药后总有效率Xw组疗效高于Zw组(均P>0.05)。Xw组1周内治愈22例(73.3%),Zw组1周内治愈20例(66.7%),Xw组2周内复发4例,Zw组2周内复发人数较Xw组多3例,Xw组1周治愈率较Zw组显著升高,2周复发率低于Zw组(均P>0.05),Xw组、Zw组给药前焦虑、失眠、紧张症状评分比对(P>0.05),给药后焦虑、失眠、紧张症状评分,Zw组3项症状分值较Xw组明显增高,且Xw组、Zw组3项症状分值较给药前分值有下降趋势,Xw组紧张状态分值最低,Zw组焦虑症状评分最高(均P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗顽固性呃逆疗效较好,提高患者治愈率,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of intractable hiccup caused by hormone.Methods 60 patients with intractable hiccup caused by dexamethasone were randomly divided into XW group(Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction)and ZW group(conventional medicine),with 30 cases in each.The clinical efficacy,1-week cure rate,2-week recurrence rate and accompanying symptom score of XW group and ZW group were observed.Results the total effective rate of XW group was higher than that of ZW group(P>0.05).In XW group,22 patients(73.3%)were cured in one week,in ZW group,20 patients(66.7%)were cured in one week,in XW group,4 patients recurred in two weeks,in ZW group,3 patients recurred in two weeks,in XW group,the cure rate in one week was significantly higher than that in ZW group,the recurrence rate in two weeks was lower than that in ZW group(all P>0.05),and the scores of anxiety,insomnia and tension symptoms in XW group and ZW group before administration were compared(P>0.05).The score of three symptoms in ZW group was significantly higher than that in XW group,and the score of three symptoms in XW group and ZW group was lower than that before administration.The score of nervous state in XW group was the lowest,and the score of anxiety symptoms in ZW group was the highest(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of intractable hiccup,which can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
