摘要
目的观察风药开通玄府治疗咳嗽的临床疗效。方法97例咳嗽患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组50例,采用口服孟鲁司特钠10 mg,盐酸氨溴索口服溶液100 mL×0.3 g。治疗组47例,采用以风药为主的方剂,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.85%,对照组总有效率为76.00%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风药加减治疗咳嗽可以增效,值得应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of wind medicine opening sweat pore in treating cough.Methods 97 patients with cough were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.50 cases in the control group were treated with 10 mg montelukast sodium and 100 ml×0.3 g ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution.47 cases in the treatment group were treated with prescriptions mainly composed of wind medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 80.85%in the treatment group and 76.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified wind medicine can improve the effect,which is worthy of application.
