混合痔术后肛门水肿中药熏洗坐浴护理的研究

Study on the Fumigation and Hip Bath Nursing of Anal Edema after Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的研究中药熏洗坐浴在混合痔术后肛门水肿中的护理价值。方法将2018年4月—2019年5月收治的76例混合痔患者纳为研究对象,以随机双色球法将其分为常规组与联合组,每组38例。常规组予以术后常规护理,联合组在常规组基础上予以中药熏洗坐浴,对2组术后肛门水肿恢复情况、肛门疼痛程度及护理满意度进行比较。结果联合组术后1 d、3 d、5 d肛门水肿评分均高于常规组;联合组术后3 d、5 d疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)则均低于常规组;此外,联合组护理满意度(94.74%)明显优于常规组(76.32%)(P<0.05)。结论将中药熏洗坐浴用于混合痔术后肛门水肿护理可有效减轻患者肛门水肿及疼痛程度,同时提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath in anal edema after mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 76 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into the conventional group and the combined group by random the double chromosphere method,with 38 cases in each group.Routine postoperative nursing was applied in the conventional group,and the combined group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath on the basis of the conventional group.The postoperative anal edema recovery,anal pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The anal edema scores of the combined group on 1,3 and 5 days after operation were higher than those of the conventional group.Visual analogue scores(VAS)of postoperative pain at 3d and 5d in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group.In addition,nursing satisfaction in the combined group(94.74%)was significantly better than that in the conventional group(76.32%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath for mixed hemorrhoids postoperative anal edema nursing can effectively reduce the degree of anal edema and pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.
