学院型医院在承担着临床科目教学及后期临床教学的重要任务,是医学高等教育的主体力量,师德教育路径建设的成效直接关系着医学高等教育师资力量建设、人才培养质量和学生道德素养。结合学院型医院具体特点,探讨适合其发展方向的教师师德教育建设路径,从而达到有效提高学院型医院教师师德水平,并进一步服务医学高等教育。

Academic hospitals are the main force of medical higher education,which undertakes the important tasks of clinical subject teaching and later clinical teaching.The effectiveness of the construction of teacher ethics education path is directly related to the construction of medical higher education teachers,the quality of personnel training and student’s moral quality.Combining with the specific characteristics of college-type hospitals,this paper explores the path of teacher’s ethics education suitable for its development direction,so as to effectively improve the level of teacher’s ethics in college hospitals and further serve medical higher education.
