摘要
为了探讨BGA土壤调理剂在旱地上的施用效果,本文研究了BGA土壤调理剂对苗期马铃薯叶片叶绿素含量和叶片光合作用的影响。研究结果表明:施用BGA土壤调理剂,马铃薯叶片的叶绿素含量较PF处理和CK增加了4.8%~17.2%,苗期马铃薯叶片在7:00至19:00的平均净光合速率较PF处理和CK增长了8.8%和29.8%,蒸腾速率较PF处理和CK增加了10.7%和36.3%,平均水分利用效率较PF处理和CK降低了0.1%和1.5%,叶片气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度结果为BGA>PF>CK。
In order to explore effects of BGA soil conditioner on dry land,effect of BGA soil conditioner on leaf chlorophyll content and leaf photosynthesis of potato during seedling stage were studied.The results showed that potato leaf chlorophyll content increased by 4.8%~17.2%under BGA soil conditioner treatment than PF and CK treatments;average net photosynthetic rate of potato leaves from 7:00 to 19:00 increased by 8.8%and 29.8%under BGA soil conditioner treatment than PF and CK treatments during seedling stage;transpiration rate was 10.7%and 36.3%higher than that under PF and CK treatments;water utilization efficiency was 0.1%and 1.5%lower than that of PF and CK treatments;stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration was BGA>PF>CK.
