摘要
烟气水分回收量是衡量膜系统组件工艺性能的重要指标。本文以烟气量9547.8m3/h、冷却水流量9.030t/h测试工况为例,依据JJF1059-2012测量不确定度评定与表示等有关规范,通过建立膜法烟气水分回收不确定度评定模型对测量过程进行评定。结果表明冷却水温度、冷却水流量、烟气温度是析出水量测试结果不确定度的主要来源。
The volume of water recovery from flue gas evaluates membranes important indicator of performance.Taking the water recovery test(flue gas flow rate:10790.88m3/h,cooling water flow rate:17.63325t/h)as an example,according to the JJF 1059-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,establishing evaluation mathematical model of uncertainty of water recovery from flue gas to analyze the sources of uncertainty,the results was evaluated.the result showed that the main source of uncertainty in the measurement method was the cooling water temperature,the volume of cooling water and flue gas temperature.
