摘要 采用“生物吸附池+初沉池+AOAO生物池+二沉池+芬顿氧化+高效沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化+V型滤池”工艺处理工业园区废水。运行结果表明,进水CODcr、BOD5和NH3-N、TN、SS的质量浓度分别为100~666mg/L、6.41~24.6mg/L、1.97~19.8mg/L、14.2~48.8mg/L、30~600mg/L时,出水指标根据工业园区要求,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准,产水可作为园区回用水水源。目前该工艺系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷,可为工业园区废水处理提供工艺解决思路。 The process of"biological adsorption tank+primary sedimentation tank+AOAO biological tank+secondary sedimentation tank+Fenton oxidation+high efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone catalytic oxidation+V-type filter"was adopted to treat industrial park wastewater.The operation results show that the mass concentrations of CODCr,BOD5 and NH3-N,TN and SS in influent water are 100~666mg/L,6.41~24.6mg/L,1.97~19.8mg/L and 14.2~48.8mg/L respectively When the concentration is 30~600 mg/L,the effluent index shall be in accordance with the requirements of the industrial park.The effluent quality shall be in accordance with the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002),and the produced water can be used as the water source for recycling in the park.At present,the process system is stable in operation and resistant to impact load,which can provide process solutions for industrial park wastewater treatment.
