摘要
某电厂采用石灰石-石膏湿法单塔双循环脱硫工艺。为进一步挖掘节能降耗潜力,通过运行人员合理调整,将石膏脱水方式由单真空皮带单机组改为单真空皮带机双机组运行。方案实施后在维持吸收塔浆液密度保持石膏品质合格的前提下,有效降低了真空皮带脱水系统运行时间,节约了脱硫系统电耗。
A power plant adopts limestone gypsum wet single tower double cycle desulfurization process.In order to further tap the potential of energy conservation and consumption reduction,the gypsum dehydration mode was changed from single vacuum belt single unit to single vacuum belt double unit operation through reasonable adjustment of operators.After the implementation of the scheme,the operation time of the vacuum belt dewatering system is effectively reduced and the power consumption of the desulfurization system is saved on the premise that the slurry density of the absorption tower is maintained and the gypsum quality is qualified.
