卫星通信运营商高质量发展指标体系研究(下)

Research on the High-quality Development Evalution System of Satellite Communication Operators(II)

近年来,全球卫星通信行业正在经历资源定价、资源使用类型剧烈变化的新阶段,以卫星资源租售为主的传统业务增收放缓,数据、网络等新业务收入不断增长,传统卫星通信运营商纷纷探索向“运营+服务”转型以实现高质量发展。文章初步建立了卫星通信运营商高质量发展重点关注指标体系,从成长能力、盈利能力、偿债能力和营运能力四个维度,选取全球主流固定卫星通信运营商、移动卫星通信运营商、机载和船载通信服务商进行研究分析,总结规律、提炼出对卫星通信运营商高质量发展的有益启示,指导后续相关工作的开展。

In recent years,the satellite communication industry is going through a new stage of drastic changes,resulting in the rapidly falling of capacity prices and fill rate.Meanwhile,the revenue of new services such as data and connectivity services have continued to grow.Traditional satellite operators have been exploring the transition to"operation&service"to achieve high-quality development.In this paper,we select nine top satellite communication operators,mobile satellite communication operators,aviation and maritime service providers,and establish a evalution system,from four dimensions of growth capacity,profitability,solvency and operating capacity to summarize the successful experience of excellent peers.
