文章设计并实施了一种大数据权益运营知识图谱系统,将标签库、微营销、权益优惠等业务能力进行图谱化整合,以网状语义结构提供客户属性、偏好、特性等实体和待推荐互联网权益之间的隐含关系,提升运营商权益推荐准确率,并体现推荐逻辑的可解释能力。

A big data rights and interests operation knowledge graph system is designed and implemented,which integrates the tag library,IOP,rights and interests preferences and other business capabilities.It provides the implicit relationship between customer attributes,preferences,characteristics and the Internet rights to be recommended with a network semantic structure,so as to improve the accuracy of rights and interests recommendation,and reflect the interpretable ability of recommendation logic.
