现代学徒制在软件人才培养模式中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Modern Apprenticeship in the Training Mode of Software Talents

随着物联网、大数据、互联网、人工智能、云计算等技术不断深入发展,软件人才的培养也成为了各行业关注的焦点,如何通过合理的教学模式让培养出来的专业人才既具备扎实的专业技能,也有极强的专业实践应用能力和专业素养。现代学徒制是我国教育部于2014年提出的一项旨在深化产教融合、校企合作,进一步完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能人才培养模式。现代学徒制培养模式在软件人才应用能加快培育知识型、技能型、创新型高素质技术技能人才,充分满足现代社会对软件人才的需求。文章以我校在软件专业现代学徒制试点中人才培养进行分析和探讨。

With the in-depth development of technologies such as Internet of things,big data,Internet,artificial intelligence and cloud computing,The training of software talents has also become the focus of various industries.How to make the trained professionals not only have solid professional skills,but also have strong professional practical application ability and professional quality through reasonable teaching mode.Modern apprenticeship is a project proposed by the Ministry of education in 2014,which aims to deepen the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,further improve the school enterprise cooperation education mechanism,and innovate the training mode of technical and skilled personnel.The application of modern apprenticeship training mode in software talents can accelerate the cultivation of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative high-quality technical and skilled talents,and fully meet the needs of modern society for software talents.This paper analyzes and discusses the personnel training in the pilot program of modern apprenticeship in our school.
