摘要
新时代背景下,如何发挥文化育人的功能与价值已经成为老年教育内涵发展的关键要义。故此,基于教育生态学理论探索老年班级文化建设的构成要素,通过实证分析得出班级文化生态系统以班级角色为核心伴随着物质文化为环境营造、制度文化为规范保障、精神文化为内生动力、行为文化为外显形式所构成。并提出了要设计多样性的班级角色、组织具有异质性的班级活动、营造互惠互助的班级氛围进而打造互助互惠的生态位结构,从而助力老年学校班级文化建设。
In the new era,how to play the function and value of cultural education has become the key to the development of the connotation of elderly education.Based on the theory of Educational Ecology,this paper explores the elements of class cultural construction in the elderly school,and concludes by an empirical analysis that the class culture ecosystem is composed of class role as the core and accompanied with material culture,system culture,spiritual culture,and behavior culture.It is proposed to design diverse class roles,organize heterogeneous class activities,create mutually beneficial class atmosphere and then create mutually beneficial niche structure,so as to help the construction of class culture in elderly schools.
