文化认同视域下成人教员专业化发展问题研究

On the Problem of Professional Development of Adult Teachers from the Perspective of Cultural Identity

摘要 继续教育文化认同是成人教员对继续教育文化接受、认可和自觉实践的过程。成人教员应以继续教育文化认同为其专业化发展的基础因素和基本动力。继续教育文化认同危机带来的职业倦怠势必影响成人教员的专业化发展。为促进成人教员专业化发展,有必要加强继续教育文化建设,强化成人教员对继续教育的制度文化、社会文化、学校文化、质量文化和管理文化的认同。 Continuing education cultural identity is the process of adult teachers’acceptance,recognition and conscious practice of continuing education culture.Adult teachers should take the continuing education cultural identity as the basic factor and fundamental motivation for their professional development.The burnout caused by the continuing education cultural identity crisis is bound to affect the professional development of adult teachers,so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of continuing education culture and strengthen the identity of adult teachers with the system culture,social culture,school culture,quality culture and management culture of continuing education.
