基于GWR模型的中国省级人均卫生费用的空间异质性研究

Studying on Spatial Heterogeneity of Provincial Per Capita Health Expenditure in China Based on GWR Model

目的本文从空间视角探讨影响中国人均卫生费用的关键因素,并寻求有效策略缓解中国卫生费用的空间差异。方法利用探索性空间数据分析和地理加权回归模型进行分析。结果2009年以来,我国人均卫生费用的南北差异明显高于东西差异,空间正自相关始终存在。影响人均卫生费用的因素主要为财政卫生支出水平、医务人员数和居民消费水平。结论我国省级人均卫生费用在地区上存在明显的空间异质性。

Objective To explore the key factors to influence the per capita health expenditure from a spatial perspective, and obtain effective strategies. Methods The methods of exploratory spatial data analysis and geographically weighted regression model were used. Results Since 2009, the difference of per capita health expenditure between North and South is significantly higher than that between East and West, and the positive spatial autocorrelation always exists. The main factors to influence the per capita health expenditure are the level of financial health expenditure, number of medical staffs and residents’ consumption. Conclusion There is obvious spatial heterogeneity in the provincial per capita health expenditure of China.
