摘要
目的:新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,为减少患者往返医院次数,降低线下诊疗压力及交叉感染风险。方法:借鉴"互联网+"诊疗思路,将线下问诊搬到线上,借助微信公众号这一具有众多用户的平台展开线上诊疗服务,并提供图文咨询、电话咨询、视频咨询三种模式。结果:孕产妇及患者足不出户即可通过微信公众号线上咨询服务与医生进行交流咨询,上线两周咨询人数就超过了2900人,日均咨询量超过180人次。结论:线上咨询服务不仅是疫情防控期间的一种便捷的问诊模式,也是未来互联网医院发展必不可少的重要一环。
Objective:During the prevention and control of COVID-19,to reduce the frequency of patients going back and forth to hospital,reduce the pressure of offline diagnosis and treatment and the risk of cross-infection.Methods:Referring to the idea of"Internet+"diagnosis and treatment,the offline diagnosis and treatment was transferred to online,and the online diagnosis and treatment service was launched with the help of WeChat public account,a platform with a large number of users,and three modes of graphic consultation,telephone consultation and video consultation were provided.Results:Pregnant women and patients could communicate with doctors through online consultation service of WeChat public account without leaving home.The number of consultations was more than 2900 within two weeks after online,and the average daily consultation volume was more than 180.Conclusion:Online consultation service is not only a convenient consultation mode during the epidemic prevention and control period,but also an essential part of the future development of Internet hospital.
