摘要
膀胱癌作为泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其复杂的诊断分级、治疗手段及应用指征限制了临床诊疗的决策有效性及高效性。从临床需求分析出发,进行了科学而全面的知识采集,基于本体建模原理并借助Protégé工具构建了膀胱癌专病知识库。在此基础上绘制知识图谱以进行膀胱癌知识的可视化,实现知识的查询、管理及共享等功能。通过对知识的结构化表示,达成了辅助医疗工作者进行膀胱癌临床诊疗的目的,为提高膀胱癌的医疗服务水平提供了坚实的保障。
As the most common malignancy of the urinary system,bladder cancer has complicated diagnostic classification,treatment methods and indications which limit the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the analysis of the clinical needs,this paper carries out scientific and comprehensive knowledge collection,builds a knowledge base of bladder cancer based on ontology modeling principle and with the help of Protégétools.On this basis,a knowledge map was drawn to visualize the knowledge of bladder cancer and realize the functions of knowledge inquiry,management and sharing.Through the structured representation of knowledge,the purpose of assisting medical workers in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer is achieved,which provides a solid foundation for the improvement of the medical service of bladder cancer.
