麻醉与围术期医学科专科数据平台设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 目的:基于临床数据中心,建立麻醉与围术期医学科专科数据平台,实现辅助科研与临床决策,加速数据成果转化。方法:通过ETL过程,将数据统一清洗后存储到SQLServer,形成贴源数据层,再结合自然语言处理技术(NLP)和SNOMED等医学标准数据集进行标准语义化处理,最终利用科研数据采集引擎将数据填充到基于Elasticsearch框架的麻醉与围术期医学模型中,形成高性能的麻醉与围术期医学科专科数据库。结果:麻醉与围术期医学科专科数据平台提高了数据可视化程度和数据应用质量,在科学研究和辅助临床决策上具有重要意义。结论:麻醉与围术期医学科专科数据平台,从临床检索、科学研究和辅助决策等多角度满足学科发展需求,具有广阔前景。 Objective:Based on the clinical data repository,specialized data platform for anesthesiology and perioperative medicine will be established to support scientific research and clinical decision-making,and to accelerate the transformation of data achievements.Methods:Clinical data were unitedly cleaned and stored in the SQL Server by the ETL process.Then,the resultant source data layer was further processed for semantic treatment using a combined strategy of Natural Language Processing(NLP)and medical standard data sets such as SNOMED;Finally,the scientific data collection engine was adopted to analyze Elasticsearch framework-based anesthesiology and perioperative medicine data model,and the specialized data platform for anesthesiology and perioperative medicine with high performance was established.Results:The specialized data platform for anesthesiology and perioperative medicine has improved the degree of data visualization and the quality of data application,which holds great significance for scientific research and clinical decision-making.Conclusion:The specialized data platform for anesthesiology and perioperative medicine based on clinical data repository meets the requirements of discipline development from various perspectives,such as clinical retrieval,scientific research and decision supporting,and it has broad prospects in application.
