心电图检查自助预约报到及呼叫系统的设计

Design of the Self-help Appointment,Registration and Calling System for ECG Examination

目的:探讨医技检查预约平台下自助预约检查、自助报到候诊及检查呼叫系统在心电图室的应用,实现患者自助预约心电图检查、自助报到候诊,减少排队等待时间,提高检查效率。方法:以检查自助预约平台为支撑,以自助报到及呼叫系统为对象,实施内容包含心电图室检查资源分时段配置、检查资源自助预约、自助报到候诊、电生理系统呼叫等功能。结果:候诊秩序得到改善,患者就诊满意度提高。结论:系统的实施使心电图室的检查资源得到合理化使用,自助报到系统让患者可在预约时间段内自助报到取号,电生理呼叫系统可让患者清晰获知排队信息,实现患者有序候诊、检查,改善了传统心电图候诊检查模式,使病人得到更加优质的检查服务。

Objective:To explore the application of self-help appointment examination,self-help check-in waiting and examination calling system in ECG room under medical technology examination reservation platform,so as to realize self-help appointment ECG examination,self-help check-in waiting,reduce waiting time in line and improve examination efficiency.Methods:Based on the platform of self-help check-in and call system,the implementation includes the functions of time-sharing allocation of check-in resources in ECG room,self-help check-in appointment,self-help check-in waiting and call of electrophysiological system.Results:The waiting order and patients’satisfaction were improved.Conclusion:The implementation of the system makes the examination resources of the ECG room be used rationally,the self-help check-in system enables patients to check in and get the number within the appointment period,the electrophysiological call system enables patients to get the queuing information clearly,realizes patients’orderly waiting and examination,improves the traditional ECG waiting inspection mode,and enables patients to get better examination services.
