国内外重症患者康复相关研究热点的共词聚类分析

Research Hotspots of Rehabilitation for Critically Ill Patients in China and Abroad:Co-word Clustering Analysis

目的:分析比较国内外重症患者康复相关研究热点,以期为我国重症患者康复研究提供参考。方法:基于中国知网和PubMed数据库检索国内外重症患者康复相关研究,使用Bicomb软件提取关键词,构建词篇矩阵,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行共词聚类分析。结果:最终共纳入国外文献371篇,国内文献417篇。国内重症患者康复研究热点包括3个方面:病毒性脑炎及颅脑损伤患儿的早期康复护理,脑卒中患者的早期康复研究,机械通气及重症肺炎患者的肺康复。国外重症患者康复研究热点包括6个方面:新生儿重症患者的职业治疗,ICU脑卒中患者康复的质量改进,心肌梗死患者的运动康复,ICU机械通气患者早期活动,烧伤患者的康复治疗,重症肌无力患者的早期康复。结论:国内外重症患者康复研究热点具有一定的相似性和差异性,国外针对心肌梗死、烧伤及肌无力患者的康复研究可为国内研究的发展提供借鉴和参考。

Objective:To analyze and compare the research hotspots of rehabilitation in critically ill patients at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the rehabilitation research of severely ill patients in China.Methods:Researches on rehabilitation of critically ill patients at home and abroad were searched based on CNKI and PubMed database.Bicomb software was used to extract key words and construct a lexical matrix.Results:The hotspots of rehabilitation research for critically ill patients in China include three aspects:early rehabilitation nursing for children with viral encephalitis and craniocerebral injury;early rehabilitation study for stroke patients;and pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with mechanical ventilation and severe pneumonia.The foreign research hotspots of critically ill patients include six aspects:occupational therapy for neonatal critically ill patients;quality improvement of rehabilitation in ICU stroke patients;exercise rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction;early activity of ICU mechanical ventilation patients;rehabilitation treatment of burn patients;early recovery of inability to patients.Conclusion:There are certain similarities and differences in the research hotspots of severely ill patients at home and abroad.Foreign studies on rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction,burns and myasthenia gravis can provide reference for the development of domestic researches.
