摘要
目的:为了提高医疗数据的利用率,整合各类临床数据、科研数据、随访数据等,可以实现各类数据的利用与共享。方法:构建稳定、高效的医疗大数据平台,以Hadoop 2.0技术框架为基础,采用分布式数据存储结构,并运用机器学习及自然语言处理等技术,有效地采集和存储数据,并对其进行标准化和归一化处理。结果:搭建了医疗科研大数据平台并应用于临床科研。结论:医疗科研大数据平台可以为临床科研、临床辅助决策和管理决策提供数据支持。
Objective:To improve the utilization rate of medical data,integrate all kinds of clinical data,scientific research data and follow-up data,so as to realize the utilization and sharing of all kinds of data.Methods:A stable and efficient medical big data platform was built on the basis of Hadoop 2.0 technology framework,distributed data storage structure was adopted,and machine learning and natural language processing were applied to collect and store data effectively,and standardized and normalized processing was carried out.Results:A medical research big data platform was built and applied in clinical research.Conclusion:The medical research big data platform can provide data support for clinical research,clinical decision-making and management decision-making.
