摘要
目的:探索数据可视化技术在脊髓损伤康复数据分析中的应用。方法:基于R语言及ggplot2、plotly、plot3D、shiny等扩展包构建脊髓损伤康复数据可视化系统,实现人口学、病因学、神经学、功能学及社会经济学等数据的可视化展示。结果:设计实现了脊髓损伤康复数据可视化分析系统,利用各种静态图形及动态交互图形辅助脊髓损伤康复数据分析。结论:数据可视化技术有助于快速直观地进行脊髓损伤康复数据的分析和展示,从而加深对信息的理解,促进医患沟通,辅助临床决策。
Objective:To explore the application of data visualization technology based on R language in rehabilitation data analysis of spinal cord injury patients.Methods:A kind of spinal cord injury rehabilitation data visualization system was built based on R language and some packages including ggplot2,plotly,plot3D,shiny etc.Using it to realize the visual representation of demography,etiology,neurology,functional and social economics data of spinal cord injury.Results:A kind of rehabilitation data visualization system for spinal cord injury rehabilitation was designed and implemented.The rehabilitation data of patients with spinal cord injury was analyzed by various static and dynamic interactive graphics.Conclusion:Data visualization technology is helpful for the rapid and intuitive analysis and display of spinal cord injury rehabilitation data,so as to deepen the understanding of information,promote doctor-patient communication and assist clinical decision-making.
