目的:减少物理胶片的使用量,缩短患者影像检查时间,推进不同医院影像检查结果互认。方法:通过云技术、二维码技术等"互联网+医疗"的应用,用"云胶片"代替传统的胶片和纸质报告。结果:"云胶片"的应用,使患者可通过移动端接收影像检查图像和报告,从而减少患者等待报告,打印物理胶片的时间;"云胶片"在病人转诊时可进行共享调阅,减少了患者的重复检查与费用支出;也实现了节能减排。结论:"云胶片"技术代替物理胶片是大势所趋,"互联网+医疗"的深度融合,能够减轻患者负担,优化就医流程,改善医疗服务。

Objective:Less use of physical film,shorten the time of patients imaging examination,and promote mutual recognition of imaging examination results in different hospitals.Methods:Through cloud technology,two-dimensional code technology and other"Internet+medical care"applications,the"cloud film"instead of traditional film and paper reports.Results:The application of"cloud film"enables patients to receive image examination images and reports through mobile phones,thus reducing the time for patients to wait for reports and print physical films."Cloud film"can be shared and read when patients are transferred,which reduces the repeated examination and expense of patients.Hospitals have also achieved energy conservation and emission reduction.Conclusion:"Cloud film"technology instead of physical film is the general trend.The deep integration of"Internet+medical care"can lighten the burden of patients,optimize the process of medical treatment,and improve medical services.
