摘要
目的:探索牙齿数字3D模型结合石膏牙雕刻在口腔教学中的应用。方法:在数字模型教学法中,教员首先通过牙齿数字3D模型介绍牙体形态及咬合关系,在此基础上,结合数字模型,让学员在石膏模型上雕刻牙体的外形特征,最终将雕刻的牙齿组成完整牙列,理解牙齿的咬合对应关系。该教学法在30名口腔学员中进行随机分组研究,分为传统教学法(n=15)及数字模型教学法(n=15)。学习结束对学员的笔试成绩及操作成绩进行统计学分析。结果:学生通过数字模型及石膏牙雕刻,可以快速掌握牙齿形态及咬合关系,数字模型教学法的理论与操作成绩均高于传统教学组。问卷调查显示数字模型教学组学员的教学满意程度评分优于对照组。结论:数字模型教学法克服了以往教学方法的不足,可以显著提高教学效果。
Objective:To investigate the application of 3D mathematic teeth modeling and plaster teeth carving in teaching in stomatology.Methods:In the digital model teaching method,the teacher first introduces the tooth shape and occlusal relationship through the digital 3D model of teeth.On this basis,combined with the digital model,the students can carve the shape characteristics of the tooth on the plaster model,and finally form a complete dentition with the carved teeth,so as to understand the occlusal correspondence of teeth.The present study included 30 students,which were randomly divided into two groups,with 15 in traditional teaching group and 15 in modeling teaching group.The theoretic and practicing test scores were compared between those two groups.Results:Through the digital model and plaster carving,students can quickly master the shape of teeth and occlusal relationship.The theoretic and practicing scores in modeling teaching group were significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group.The satisfaction rate in modeling teaching group were significantly higher than traditional group.Conclusion:The digital model teaching method overcomes the shortcomings of the previous teaching methods.3D mathematic teeth modeling and plaster teeth carving has greatly improved the teaching qualities and achieved good teaching effect.
