摘要
目的:探讨低千伏、低毫安联合迭代重建技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:将117例怀疑鼻骨骨折患者简单随机分为A、B组,11例排除骨折,106例鼻骨骨折患者,每组各53例。A组管电压120kV、管电流150mAs,B组管电压90kV、管电流75mAs。A组、B组行迭代重建,比较两组图像的噪声、SNR、CNR、图像质量的主观评分和辐射剂量(ED)。结果:A组、B组噪声、SNR、CNR和图像质量的主观评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B两组ED差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不降低鼻骨骨折成像质量的情况下,迭代重建技术能降低鼻骨骨折多层螺旋CT成像辐射剂量。
Objective:To explore the application value of double low CT scanning technique combined with iterative reconstruction in nasal bone fracture.Methods:106 patients were randomly average divided into group A and B.Group A、B tube voltage 120 kV、90 kV,tube current 150 mAs、75 mAs.Group A and group B were given iterative recombination.Two groups were compared for noise,SNR,CNR and subjective evaluation score.Results:Compared with two groups of noise,SNR,CNR and subjective evaluation score.The differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The difference of ED between group A and group B has statistical significance.Conclusion:The iterative reconstruction technique can reduce the radiation dose of multi-slice spiral CT in nasal bone fracture without reducing the imaging quality of nasal bone fracture.
