影响风电机组基础环与基础混凝土之间锚固性能的因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 作为连接风电机组塔筒与基础的核心锚固构件,基础环承受着巨大的弯矩和剪力作用,受力情况十分复杂,其锚固性能是风电机组安全运行的关键因素。影响风电机组基础环与基础混凝土之间锚固性能的因素较多,结合实际工程对影响风电机组基础环与基础混凝土之间锚固性能的主要因素进行了探讨,基础的混凝土强度等级、基础环埋置深度和下法兰宽度对基础环的锚固承载力的影响较大,基础环穿孔钢筋的配置和基础环密封防水的优劣也会对基础环的锚固性能造成一定影响。研究结果可对陆上风电机组基础的设计与加固提供指导。 The foundation ring is the core anchoring component that connects the wind turbine tower and the wind turbine foundation,which is subjected to huge bending moments and shear forces.Its stress situation is very complicated and the anchoring performance is a key factor for the safe operation of wind turbines.There are many factors affecting anchoring performance between fowndation ring and concrete foundation of wind turbine.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the anchoring performance between foundation ring and concrete foundation of wind turbine through actual engineering cases.The strength grade of the concrete foundation structure,the embedment depth of the foundation ring and the width of the lower flange,have a greater impact on the anchoring capacity of foundation ring.The configuration of the perforated steel reinforcement of the foundation ring and the quality of the sealing and waterproofing will also affect the anchoring performance.The results have guiding significance for the foundation design and reinforcement of onshore wind turbines.
