Objective To compare the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition support and parenteral nutrition support in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation. Methods Totally 80 cases of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation in Siping Central People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Patients with total parenteral nutrition support were included in the control group, and patients with early enteral nutrition support were included in the observation group immune index. Results The nutritional indexes of the observation group on the third day and the seventh day after the operation were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was obvious, after statistical calculation,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the immune indexes of the observation group on the third day and the seventh day after operation were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was obvious, and the difference was statistically significant The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition for elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation can significantly improve the nutritional indicators and immune function of patients, and the improvement effect is better than parenteral nutrition, which is worthy of promotion.
