针灸对紧张性头痛的临床治疗效果观察

目的研究分析采取针灸对紧张性头痛的临床治疗效果以及安全性。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月长春市中心医院收治的68例紧张性头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数据原则分为对照组及观察组,每组34例。对照组采取常规性药物治疗,观察组加入针灸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、疼痛缓解、不良反应。结果对照组及观察组总有效率分别为82.35%及97.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的疼痛评分、头痛频率、头痛持续时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组及观察组的不良反应发生率分别为8.82%及5.88%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的中医症候积分低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紧张性头痛临床治疗中加入针灸治疗模式具有明显提升临床治疗效果的作用,并且未明显增加不良反应,是一种值得推荐的治疗措施。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of tension-trypeheadach.Methods A total of 68 patients with tension headache in Changchun Central Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,pain relief and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 82.35%and 97.05%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the pain score,headache frequency and headache duration of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were 8.82%and 5.88%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05)The TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of acupuncture treatment mode in the clinical treatment of tension-trypeheadache can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect,without significantly increasing adverse reactions,and is a recommended treatment.
