运用多次法与一次性根管治疗牙髓病的效果对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Effect of Multiple Root Canal Therapy and Onetime Root Canal Therapy on Pulp Disease

目的对比分析多次法与一次性根管治疗牙髓病的临床效果。方法选取如东县人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的60例牙髓病及根尖周病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采取多次法根管治疗,观察组采取一次性根管治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后发生疼痛、疼痛持续时间、治疗前后咀嚼功能变化及并发症发生情况等指标。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分及疼痛持续时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的牙龈指数、出血指数显著低于对照组,而观察组患者的咀嚼效率、咬合力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗牙髓病相比多次法根管治疗效果更优,可有效缓解患者的牙齿疼痛,促进咀嚼功能的康复,且安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of multiple root canal therapy and single root canal therapy for pulp disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with endodontic disease and periapical periodontal disease in Rudong People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal therapy.The curative effect,pain status and duration after treatment,masticatory function changes before and after treatment,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The VAS score and pain duration in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gingival index and bleeding index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the chewing efficiency and bite force of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One time root canal therapy is more effective than multiple root canal therapy in the treatment of endodontic diseases,which can effectively relieve the pain of teeth and promote the rehabilitation of masticatory function,and it is safe and reliable,worthy of popularization and application.
