数字化印模联合3D打印技术修复根管治疗后前牙价值评价

Evaluation of the Value of Digital Impression Combined with 3D Printing Technology to Repair Anterior Teeth after Root Canal Treatment

摘要 目的通过针对前牙采取数字化印模联合3D打印技术进行修复根管治疗的价值评价。方法选取无锡市江南大学附属医院2017年6月至2018年1月收治并行根管治疗的14例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(7例)与对照组(7例),试验组口内3shape Trios扫描仪扫描后采取3D打印方式制作内冠,并采用手工上瓷制作氧化锆单个牙冠;对照组采取口内CEREC Omnicam扫描仪提取模型后制作相应玻璃陶瓷单个牙冠。观察两组所制牙冠的根管治疗效果、各项数据改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者颜色改变情况小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者满意程度为100%,高于对照组85.71%,试验组患者佩戴6个月、1年后、2年后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术应用于修复根管治疗术后前牙,具有更高精准度,可以根据患者自身情况量身定制,帮助患者牙齿更好的吻合,从而有效保护患者牙体与周围组织。 Objective To evaluate the value of root canal repair by adopting digital impression combined with 3D printing technology for anterior teeth.Methods From June 2017 to January 2018,14 patients in the Wuxi Jiangnan University Affiliated Hospital,who needed root canal therapy,were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The experimental group was scanned with an intraoral 3shape Trios scanner and then made a single zirconia crown by 3D printing.The control group was made of intraoral CEREC.After extracting the model by Omnicam scanner,the corresponding glass-ceramic single crowns were made.The root canal treatment effect,improvement of various data and occurrence of adverse reactions of crowns made in the two groups were observed.Results The color change of the experimental group and the control group.Statistical data shows that(P<0.05)is statistically significant.The satisfaction level of the experimental group is 100%,and the satisfaction level of the control group is 85.71%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group of patients for 6 months,1 year,and 2 years was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion 3D printing technology is applied to repair the anterior teeth after root canal treatment,with higher accuracy,and can be tailored according to the patient's own situation,helping the patient's teeth to better match,thereby effectively protecting the patient's teeth and surroundings organization.
