交锁髓内钉和锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail and Locking Compression Plate on Humeral Shaft Fracture

目的肱骨干骨折患者分别通过交锁髓内钉和锁定加压钢板进行治疗,比较两种治疗方法的治疗效果。方法选取重庆市巫山县人民医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的80例肱骨干骨折患者作为研究目标,通过随机抽签法分成观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),将采用交锁髓内钉方法进行治疗的患者收纳入对照组,将采用锁定加压钢板方法进行治疗的患者收纳入观察组,比较两组患者的手术指标(术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折康复时间)以及并发症发生情况(伤口感染、肩部不适、肘部不适、骨折区域不适),从而对两种方法的治疗价值进行评价。结果对照组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折康复时间优良于观察组患者,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的并发症发生率为10.0%(4/40),观察组患者的并发症发生率为22.5%(9/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨干骨折患者通过交锁髓内钉固定术以及锁定加压钢板固定术进行治疗后,前者的手术方法更加优良,术中创伤较小,并发症发生率低,安全性高,术后康复速度快,值得推广。

Objective To treat humeral shaft fracture by interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate,compare the therapeutic effects of the two treatments.Methods Select Chongqing Wushan County People's Hospital in June 2018 to June 2019 treated 80 cases of humeral fractures in patients as the research target,by random draw method divided into observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40),delivered with interlocking intramedullary nails into the control method for treatment of patients,will use the method of locking compression plate for treatment of patients into the observation group,compared two groups of patients with surgical indicators(intraoperative blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time)and happen and happen(wound infection,shoulder discomfort,elbow discomfort,fracture area unwell),The therapeutic value of the two methods was evaluated.Results Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and fracture recovery time were better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 10.0%(4/40)in the observation group and 22.5%(9/40)in the control group,which was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with humeral shaft fracture were treated by interlocking intramedullary nailing and locking compression plate fixation.The former is better operated on,less traumatic,low probability of complications,high security,rapid postoperative recovery,It's worth promoting.
