行气散瘀汤在治疗精脉瘀阻证死精症的疗效评估

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Xingqi Sanyu Decoction in the Treatment of Dead Sperm Syndrome of Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨行气散瘀汤在治疗精脉瘀阻证死精症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月北京市鼓楼中医医院收治的80例精脉瘀阻证死精症患者,随机数字表法分成两组,各40例。A组给予行气散瘀汤治疗,B组给予麒麟丸治疗,观察两组患者疗效、不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者精子活动率、精子密度较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且A组均优于B组(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于B组70.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均无明显不良反应及并发症。结论应用行气散瘀汤治疗死精症能有效提高精子活动率,改善精子密度,总疗效优于麒麟丸,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Xingqi Sanyu decoction in the treatment of dead sperm.Methods A total of 80 patients with spermatozoa due to blood stasis of the spermatozoa were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in Beijing Gulou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases each.Group A was treated with Xingqi Sanyu decoction,and group B was treated with Qilin Pill.The efficacy,adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the sperm motility rate and sperm density in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and group A was superior to group B(P<0.05);the total effective rate in group A was 80.00%,higher than 70.00%in group B(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions and complications during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Xingqi Sanyu decoction can effectively improve the sperm motility rate and sperm density,the total effect is better than Qilin Pill,and the safety is higher.
