基于左心扩大的超声诊断研究

Ultrasound Diagnosis Based on Left Ventricular Enlargement

目的研究左心扩大的超声图像诊断方法,并分析潜在的问题,以提高诊断准确率,为后续治疗提供科学的数据参考。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年6月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的106例心脏扩大患者的临床资料作为研究对象,分析其超声诊断的敏感性、准确率等参数指标。结果106例心脏扩大患者的超声检查诊断结果显示,超声检测对于各类疾病原因造成的左心扩大有着较高的准确率,其准确率可达92.45%。结论基于心脏扩大的超声图像诊断具有很高的诊断准确率,值得在临床诊断中推广应用。

Objective To study the ultrasound image diagnosis of enlarged left heart to improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide scientific data reference for subsequent treatment.Methods A retrospective research method was adopted to select the clinical data of 106 patients with enlarged cardiac patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College between June 2019 and June 2020 as the research objects.Compared with clinical,pathological and surgical results,the sensitivity,accuracy and other parameters of ultrasonic diagnosis were analyzed.Results The ultrasonographic diagnosis results of 106 patients with cardiac enlargement showed that the ultrasonic examination had a high accuracy rate of 92.45%for left ventricular enlargement caused by various diseases.Conclusion Ultrasound images based on heart enlargement have high diagnostic accuracy,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical diagnosis.
