摘要
上海交通大学出版社实施的“精准医学出版工程”是该社近年来在医学出版板块的标杆性项目,本文以该项目的实施过程为例,从项目管理的角度进行研究,发现顶层设计在整个项目管理中发挥了核心作用,对于医学高水平学术出版项目来说,明确项目需求、确定项目路径、拟定质量保证体系、管控项目风险、明确项目成员责任是项目高质量完成的必要保证。本文以项目组织实施的过程为线索展开,分析其中的经验教训,供业内同仁在组织实施医学高水平学术出版项目时参考。
The“precision Medicine Publishing Project”implemented by Shanghai Jiaotong University Press is a benchmarking project in the medical publishing sector of the press in recent years.This paper takes the implementation process of the project as an example,studies from the perspective of project management,and finds that top-level design plays a core role in the whole related management.For high-level medical academic publishing projects,it is necessary to define the project requirements,determine the project path,draw up the quality assurance system,manage and control the project risks,and clarify the responsibilities of project members to ensure the high-quality completion of the project.This paper takes the process of project organization and implementation as a clue to analyze the experience and lessons,so as to provide reference for colleagues in the industry when organizing and implementing high-level medical academic publishing projects.
