高校科技技术期刊的困境与突破策略

Difficulties and breakthrough strategies of scientific journals sponsored by universities

在国家大力发展高等职业教育、重视技术应用创新人才培养的背景下,作为服务技术应用学科专业建设、服务技术人才培养、服务行业技术应用的载体,高校科技技术期刊需要发挥积极的作用。通过对全国高校技术期刊及上海市科技技术期刊的统计分析发现,高校科技技术期刊存在政府支持力度有限、与高校相关性差、有学术化趋势等困境。文章拟在界定高校科技技术期刊的基础上,分析高校科技技术期刊的困境,提出高校科技技术期刊建设的对策。

Under the background of the Chinese vigorous development of higher vocational education and emphasis on the cultivation of innovative talents for technology applications,university journals need to play an active role in service for construction of technical application discipline,technical personnel training and industrial technical application. Through statistical analysis of journals in Shanghai, we found dilemmas faced by university journals include limited government support, lower correlation with college and the increasing academic trend,and proposed suggestions for its constructions.
