摘要
高校学报作为重要的学术传播载体,系统性执行管理政策是质量建设的基本要求。实践中忽略或曲解对学报编辑人员的激励性政策已成为热点,针对"编校费"发放的取舍问题,论述了全面落实管理政策的必要性,深入分析了执行管理政策出现偏差的原因,理清了高校学报激励性管理政策的执行逻辑,给出"为何该发、该如何发"的明确答案。该研究思想的推广与传播,对维护高校学报从业人员的利益,弘扬社会主义法治精神具有现实意义。
As an important carrier of academic communication,the systematic implementation of management policies is the basic requirement of quality construction. In practice,it has become a hot topic to ignore or misinterpret the incentive policies for journal editors. In view of the issue of"editing and proofreading fees",this paper discusses the necessity of implementing the management policies in an all-round way,deeply analyzes the reasons for the deviation in the implementation of the management policies,clarifies the implementation logic of the incentive management policies of university journals,and gives a clear answer to "why and how to issue the incentive management policies ". The promotion and dissemination of this research idea is of practical significance to safeguard the interests of university journal practitioners and promote the spirit of socialist rule of law.
