论教学学术型思想政治理论课教师的培育 被引量:9

摘要 教学学术型思想政治理论课教师是具有教学学术观念和能力的教师,他们致力于系统研究思政课教学的理论、规律与实践。目前,教学学术型思政课教师的培育面临评价考核侧重科研、共同体建设不足、教师欠缺积极的教学学术态度、博士生培养中教学素养缺位等阻碍因素。高校需要从优化评价考核制度和学术生态环境、加强共同体建设、提升教师自身教学学术素养、完善未来思政课教师培养方案等方面探索破解之道。 The teachers of schoarship of teaching of ideological and political theory courses must ensure the academic concept and ability to teach.They are committed to the systematic study of the theory,law and practice of Ideological and political course teaching.At present,the cultivation of teachers of schoarship of teaching ideological and political course is facing obstacles such as focusing on scientific research,insufficient community construction,teachers'lack of positive teaching academic attitude,and lack of teaching literacy in doctoral training.In order to improve teacher training program and other aspects to explore the solution,the higher education institutions need to optimize the evaluation system and academic ecological environment,strengthen community construction,improve teachers'own teaching academic literacy,and improve the future teacher cultivation program ideological and political course.
