经济高质量发展影响因素的优先序分析及其测度研究

Analysis of Priority on Influencing Factors of High-Quality Economic Development and the Evaluation

基于对中国经济高质量发展内涵的理解,从经济优化、创新驱动、经济协调、绿色生态以及民生共享5个维度出发,构建了中国经济高质量发展综合评价体系,采用主成分分析方法对影响中国经济高质量发展的因素进行了优先序分析,并运用聚类分析法、加权因子分析法对中国30个省份经济高质量发展水平进行动态评价。研究表明:(1)影响中国经济高质量发展因素的优先序依次为:民生共享、经济优化、绿色生态、创新驱动、经济协调,但这些因素的权重相差不大。(2)中国30个省份经济高质量发展水平被归为5类,在发展过程中存在着区域间、领域间发展不平衡不充分的问题。最后依据经济高质量发展综合评分结果,提出了提高中国经济高质量发展水平的相关对策建议。

Based on the understanding of the connotation of China’s high-quality economic development,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system from following five aspects:optimized economic development,innovationdriven development,coordinated economic development,green ecological development,shared and people’s livelihood development.The principal component analysis method is used to analyze the priority of the five aspects,what’s more,cluster analysis method and weighted factor analysis method are used to dynamically evaluate the high-quality economic development level of 30 provinces in China.The research shows that:(1)the priority of these factors is:shared and people’s livelihood development,optimized economic development,green ecological development,innovation-driven development,coordinated economic development,but the weight of which is relatively close,and they are almost no differences.(2)The high-quality level of economic development in China’s 30 provinces is classified into five categories,and insufficient and unbalanced development in the regions and fields is still a serious issue.Finally,according to the comprehensive score of high-quality economic development,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of high-quality economic development in China.
