梳理经典论著中子喑病名、病因病机及辨治的学术脉络。子喑命名多以发病时间和发病音质命名,胎气阻络、肾阴亏虚和饮食不节等均可致子喑发病,祖国医学治疗本病时多从清金降火、调补心肾、清肺益肾等角度遣方用药。本病患者全身气血充足与否为本病向愈的关键,如遇病情危急时,可予大补气血之品。囿于《内经》之论,历代医家罕有对本病治疗的论述,故梳理子喑的学术脉络,对当代中医临诊此病颇有启迪作用。

Combing the classical works on the name of neutron aphasia disease,etiology and pathogenesis and the academic context of differentiation and treatment. Most of the names are named after the time of onset and the sound quality of the disease,fetal Qi blocking collaterals,deficiency of kidney Yin and diet can cause the onset of the child. In the treatment of this disease,traditional Chinese medicine mainly uses drugs from the point of view of clearing gold and reducing fire,regulating heart and kidney,clearing lung and tonifying kidney,etc. Whether the patients’ whole body Qi and blood is sufficient or not is the key to the recovery of the disease,so when the disease is in crisis,it can be given to replenish Qi and blood. Due to the theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi,doctors in the past dynasties have rarely discussed the treatment of this disease. Therefore,the academic context of combing aphasia is instructive to the clinical diagnosis of this disease in contemporary traditional Chinese medicine.
