摘要
该文通过运用数据分析研究降香治疗冠心病靶点及通路,探讨其作用机制。对作用靶点进行hub基因筛选、GO富集分析和KEGG通路注释分析。前10位的基因分别是CAT、AR、SOD1、PARP1、KDR、MTOR等。GO富集显示68个生物过程、24个分子功能、19个细胞成分,涉及抗血小板、抗炎及保护心肌细胞等方面。KEGG通路显示35条通路,其中13条通路与冠心病相关,分别是PPAR signaling pathway、Rap1 signaling pathway、Complement and coagulation cascades、PI3K-Akt signaling pathway等。降香治疗冠心病具有多成分、多靶点的特点,可能通过抗凝血、稳斑块、抗氧化及保护心肌细胞等发挥作用。药理显示其具有镇痛、抗氧化、抗凝及舒张血管等作用。
In this paper,the mechanism of action is discussed through data analysis to study the target and pathway of the treatment of coronary heart disease. The target was screened for the hub gene,GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway annotation analysis. The first 10 genes are CAT,AR,SOD1,PARP1,KDR,MTOR,etc. GO enrichment showed 68 biological processes,24 molecular functions,and 19 cell components,involving coagulation platelets,coronary inflammation,and protection of myocardial cells. The KEGG pathway shows 35 pathways,of which 13 pathways are related to coronary heart disease,including PPAR signling pathway,Rap1 signaling pathway,Completion and coagulationcascades,PI3 KAkt signaling pathway,etc. In the treatment of coronary heart disease with anti-coagulation,stable plaque,antioxidant and protecting myocardial cells,it has multi-component and multi-target characteristics. Pharmacology shows that it has analgesia,antioxidant,anticoagulation and diastolic blood vessels.
