车前草治疗痛风及高尿酸血症机制探讨

痛风及高尿酸血症是尿酸代谢失常导致的疾病,随着生活水平的提高,其患病率不断升高,严重影响人们的生活质量,西药在短期内的治疗效果明显,但长期服用将引发不同程度的不良反应。车前草作为一种传统中药,功可清热利尿、凉血解毒,是临床治疗痛风与高尿酸血症的常用药,具有明显疗效。车前草可能是通过多成分、多靶点、多通路综合调节尿酸代谢失常来治疗痛风和高尿酸血症疾病。此文通过查阅文献,综合分析车前草治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的研究进展,为今后的临床应用及实验研究提供参考。

Gout and hyperuricemia are diseases caused by abnormal uric acid metabolism. With the increase of living standards,the prevalence rate is increasing,which seriously affects people’s quality of life. The therapeutic effect of Western medicine is obvious in the short term,but long-term use will cause different degrees of side effects. As a traditional Chinese medicine,plantain is good for diuresis and detoxification. It is commonly used for clinical treatment of gout and hyperuricemia with obvious curative effect. Plantain may comprehensively regulate uric acid metabolism disorders through multiple components,multiple targets and multiple pathways to treat gout and hyperuricemia. This paper comprehensively analyzes the research progress of plantain treatment of gout and hyperuricemia by consulting the literature,and provides reference for future clinical application and experimental research.
