从“虚痰瘀毒”理论谈“易阳通元”法则

Discussion on the Principle of“Yiyang Tongyuan”According to the Theory of“Deficiency Phlegm Stagnant Toxin”

《易经》把乾卦列为八卦之首,并附"元亨利贞"卦辞,开启重阳思想之源头;《内经》认为"正气存内,邪不可干",张仲景亦曰:"五脏元真通畅,人即安和",元真之气即为正气,元阳是人体正气之根本。故"易阳通元"法则着眼于当今疾病,尤其是慢性疾病的发生机理皆为元真不畅,气机失和,气血失调,寒湿痰浊瘀血阻滞,阴邪瘀积成毒,"虚痰瘀毒"互结,五脏失通所致,结合扶阳医学"以火立极"思想,治疗上温阳培元通畅元真,采用易阳艾灸配合桂附萸和汤共奏疗效,以愈顽疾及养生保健。

The Book of changes lists Qiangua as the first part of the eight trigrams and the notes on hexagram of"YuanhengLizhen"are attached to open the origin of Zhongyang thought.According to Inner Canon of Huangdi,"Vital qi exists in the body,and pathogenic factors cannot to invade".ZHANG Zhongjing also said:"The Yuanzhen of the five Zang-organs is full and circulative,and people are healthy."Qi of Yuanzhen is vital Qi,Yuanyang is the root of vital Qi.Therefore,the principle of"Yiyang Tongyuan"focuses on modern ills,especially the occurrence mechanism of modern diseases,which are caused by poor Yuanzhen,abnormal Qi movement,maladjustment of Qi and blood,stagnation of cold dampness,turbid phlegm and stagnant blood,accumulation of Yin pathogen into poison,"deficiency phlegm stagnant and toxin"combined with each other,and the five internal organs lost communication,combined with the idea of"life is based on fire"in Fuyang medicine,emphasizing the origin of Yang Qi,strengthening body resistance,and take Qi and blood unobstructed and harmonious as nourishing tonic,in the treatment,through"warming yang and cultivating Yuan"to unobstructed Yuanzhen,using Yiyang moxibustion combined with Guifu Yuhe Decoction and exerted curative effect altogether,in order to cure the stubborn disease and keep healthy.
