摘要
TBL教学模式是以学生为中心的一种结构化的小组学习形式,自2002年进入医学教育领域后被众多院校采纳,成为当代国际医学教育中一种常见的教学模式。近10年来我国部分医学院校也开始尝试TBL,在许多学科中收效显著,但普及程度仍较低。文章就目前TBL在国内外医学院校中的使用情况进行简述,分析TBL在我国医学教育中遇到的问题并提出看法,使TBL在中国医学教育中能发挥更大的作用。
Team-based learning is one of the most popular student-centered teaching strategies,which had continuously been used in medical education since 2002.However,it developed rather slowly in China during the past decade.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the current applications of TBL in various Chinese and International medical colleges,with particular focus on the concerns of Chinese medical educators regarding TBL application.Finally,we mooted some suggestions to push TBL application forward.
